She’s not just winning – she’s dominating. Koo currently ranks as the top player in the nation, making her the clear favorite for college golf’s highest individual honor, the Annika Award.
The prestigious award, which recognizes the best female college golfer in America, is especially meaningful because it’s voted on by players, coaches, and golf insiders who really know the sport. Last year’s winner was LSU standout Ingrid Lindblad.
Koo isn’t the only Trojan making waves. Her teammate Catherine Park also made the 25-player watch list for the award.
Stanford’s program is showing its depth, placing three players on the list. Their star junior Megha Ganne has been on fire lately, following up a third-place finish with a tournament win after missing the season opener.
