Bryson DeChambeau has a familiar face on the bag this week.

With regular caddie Greg Bodine taking time off for a personal matter at LIV Golf U.K., DeChambeau called in his former longtime looper Tim Tucker, according to Golf Digest’s Evin Priest.

Tucker and DeChambeau have significant history together. They worked as a team from June 2016 to June 2021, with just a brief six-month split between late 2017 and early 2018. Their partnership ended rather abruptly on the eve of the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic. DeChambeau’s agent Brett Falkoff described the split as “mutual” at the time, though Tucker later acknowledged, “I made a big mistake in my timing with it.”

After stepping away from DeChambeau’s bag, Tucker focused on running his luxury shuttle service at Bandon Dunes. He hasn’t completely left the caddie world, though. He’s worked with several players since then, most notably helping Kurt Kitayama capture his win at the 2013 Arnold Palmer Invitational.
