The PGA Tour’s leadership structure is taking shape with 16 players named to this year’s Player Advisory Council. The PAC works directly with Tour commissioner Jay Monahan and the Policy Board to shape decisions affecting players and competition.
Scottie Scheffler and Justin Thomas headline the group that includes a mix of veterans and first-timers. Max Homa, Brian Harman, and Rickie Fowler bring significant experience to the council.

Four players are joining the PAC for the first time: Eric Cole, Trevor Cone, Max McGreevy, and Gary Woodland. That’s balanced by returning members like Burns, Harman, Homa, McNealy, Mitchell, Power, Scheffler and Thomas, who bring continuity from last year’s council.
Several players from last year’s PAC have moved on, including Lanto Griffin, Nick Hardy, Mackenzie Hughes, Adam Schenk, Kevin Streelman, Nick Taylor, Josh Teater and Camilo Villegas. It’s worth noting that Villegas has taken on a bigger role – he’s now serving as a player director on the Policy Board.
The council’s makeup reflects the Tour’s current landscape, with a strong mix of established stars and rising talent. Their input will be crucial as the Tour continues navigating its evolving relationship with LIV Golf and other industry changes.
