Future Ryder Cup Venues: Bethpage Black Kicks Off Exciting Lineup

The 45th Ryder Cup heads to Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, New York on September 27-29, 2025. It’s the next chapter in golf’s most intense team competition, where 12 American players will face off against 12 European players.

This biennial showdown alternates between U.S. and European venues, with Ireland’s Adare Manor set to host in 2027. The PGA of America and European Tour have already locked in venues through 2033, giving fans plenty to look forward to.

Bethpage Black, known for its difficulty and boisterous New York crowds, should provide an electric atmosphere. The course previously hosted two U.S. Opens and a PGA Championship, but this marks its Ryder Cup debut.

After New York, the competition returns to Europe at the stunning Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland. The course underwent a complete redesign in 2017 and has been positioning itself as a premier tournament venue.

Hazeltine National returns to the Ryder Cup rotation in 2029, having previously hosted in 2016 when the Americans claimed a decisive victory. The Minnesota course is a familiar setting for major championships.

Here’s the complete schedule of future Ryder Cup venues:

YEAR VENUE LOCATION
2025 Bethpage State Park’s Black Course Farmingdale, New York
2027 The Golf Course at Adare Manor County Limerick, Ireland
2029 Hazeltine National Golf Club Chaska, Minnesota
2031 Camiral Golf and Wellness Resort Caldes de Malavella, Spain
2033 The Olympic Golf Club’s Lake Course San Francisco, California
2035 TBD TBD

Spain returns to the hosting rotation in 2031 at Camiral Golf and Wellness Resort (formerly PGA Catalunya). The Olympic Club in San Francisco will make its Ryder Cup debut in 2033, adding another iconic venue to the competition’s history.

What’s interesting is how the organizing bodies are selecting venues further in advance than ever before. This long-term planning gives host sites ample time to prepare and make necessary course adjustments.

The 2035 venue remains undecided, but there’s no shortage of world-class courses vying for the opportunity to host one of golf’s most prestigious events.
